Ffbajar Terms & Conditions – Full English Version

Ffbajar (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ffbajar and all of its users.

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in English with Bangladeshi users in mind. In the event of any linguistic discrepancy, the original English version shall prevail.

Ffbajar reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via their registered email address, and updates will be published on the website. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register an account on ffbajar, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading details is prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be suspended and any deposited funds may be withheld.
• The email address and mobile number provided during account registration must be genuine and active.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, ffbajar may request a copy of your national ID card or passport.
• Any changes to your account details must be updated immediately. ffbajar is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

Ffbajar is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is completely prohibited.

• You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. ffbajar may request a national ID or birth registration certificate to verify your age.
• Opening or using an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• If a user opens an account using a false age, that account will be terminated and all winnings will be forfeited.
• Using ffbajar from regions where online gaming is prohibited by law is not permitted. It is the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

All deposits and withdrawals on ffbajar are processed securely and promptly. The following rules apply to all financial transactions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please notify our support team.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. However, larger amounts may require additional verification.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must generally match the one used for deposits.
• Withdrawals may be held until your account is fully verified. Please complete the KYC process.
• Ffbajar reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions, during which withdrawals may be placed on hold.
• Depositing or withdrawing through a third party is strictly prohibited. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

Ffbajar offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once with the first deposit.
• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. You must place a specified amount in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• The same person or household may not use multiple promotional accounts to claim bonuses.
• Certain bonuses may be restricted to specific games or bet types.
• Ffbajar reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, ffbajar reserves the right to void that bonus and any associated winnings.

A set of general rules applies to all games on ffbajar. Each game also has its own specific rules.

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are audited by internationally accredited testing bodies.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, ffbajar reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.
• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the result recorded on the server is final.
• Participating in the same game from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ffbajar. Violations may result in account closure and potential legal action.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or hack the system.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
• Impersonating an ffbajar employee or representative.
• Using third-party payment methods or stolen credit cards.
• Abusing bonuses through betting exchange or arbitrage betting strategies.

Ffbajar reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (no login for more than 12 months).
• When a user requests self-exclusion.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the account will be closed after any pending withdrawals have been processed.

Ffbajar believes in responsible gaming. To ensure gaming remains a form of entertainment and does not lead to addiction or financial difficulties, we offer the following tools.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a fixed or indefinite period.

• When a game cannot be played or a bet is not confirmed due to an internet disconnection.
• For any loss caused by an issue with the user's own device.
• If a third party accesses the user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• When an issue arises due to a fault on the part of a third-party game provider.
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical issues or maintenance.

However, any funds incorrectly deducted due to a technical error will be refunded by ffbajar.

Ffbajar reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance via their registered email address for any significant changes.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
